Doing Hard Things

Persistence, Adversity & Rejection Exercise

Purpose

This career will require you to do hard things consistently. Not once, not occasionally. But repeatedly.

Including:

  • Hearing “no”
  • Facing uncertainty
  • Taking action without immediate results
  • Continuing when it would be easier to stop

Core Idea

The question is not: Can you do something difficult once?

But: Will you continue when it stays difficult?
