As the Director of Recruiting for Wealth Strategies, Gloria Eddy's main focus is on the attraction and hiring of quality talent into the firm. She also supports these new recruits in developing their practices to reach specific markets and generate new business.
Gloria has spent the last 20+ years honing her marketing and recruitment skills with companies ranging from small local firms to multi-billion-dollar financial corporations. She entered the financial industry right out of college, but has also travelled the path of entrepreneur, owning her own businesses in marketing and recruitment, and worked for a chamber of commerce helping to build, grow and expand businesses within our community.
As a proud Colorado native, Gloria enjoys being involved in her community through the local chambers, volunteering in her children's schools and sports programs. as well as through organizations to prevent hunger and homelessness for youth and pet advocate programs. She also has a passion for organizations for the prevention of suicide.
Living in Centennial with her husband and their four children, she loves watching sports; especially Lacrosse and Ice Hockey, playing golf, cooking, and travelling, cheering on her girls' spirit squads in competition and relaxing with a good book.
