Lary M. Weintraub has more than 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry as a wealth management advisor, serving the very specialized needs of high net worth individuals, families and foundations.
Prior to Wealth Strategies Group, he was Vice President and Senior Director of New Business Development for BNY Mellon Wealth Management, where he identified opportunities and developed new business relationships throughout the Rocky Mountain Region. In addition to BNY Mellon, he has worked for a number of prestigious financial institutions including Citicorp Private Bank and PaineWebber Private Clientele, among others, where his sole focus was on creating personal investment strategies, portfolio management and wealth preservation.
A dedicated member of the Denver philanthropic community, Mr.Weintraub has served on the Board of Directors, Finance Committees, Governance Committees and/or Development Committees for a wide variety of charitable organizations including the Robert E. Loup Jewish Community Center, Mizel Arts & Culture Center (MACC), Opera Colorado, Allied Jewish Federation, Cancer League, Volunteers of America, Rocky Mountain Children’s Law Center, Goodwill, Jewish Family Service, and Men for a Cure/Red Meat and Cigars, a men’s organization dedicated to raising funds and awareness for breast cancer. He has also served as a member of the Financial Planners Association, Southwest Denver Estate Planners Association, and the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce.
Originally from New York, Mr. Weintraub received his bachelor’s degree from City University of New York and his master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University/H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business. He is a Certified Financial Planner® and a Investment Advisor Representative.
